解説

　それ以外に他の方法や選択肢がないことを表します。本当はしたくないのに、何らかの要因によってしなければならなくなったというニュアンスがあります。
　多くは書き言葉として用いられ、「する」は「せざるを得ない」となります。

例文

（１）　彼のことは好きではないが、その実力は認めざるを得ない。
　　　　　虽然不喜欢他，但不得不承认他的实力。
　　　　　I don’t like him, but I cannot help but acknowledge his abilities.
（２）　雨が降ったら中止せざるを得ない。
　　　　　下雨的话不得不中止。
　　　　　If it rains, we have no choice but to cancel.
（３）　完膚なきまでに叩きのめされ、負けを認めざるを得ない。
　　　　　被打得体无完肤，不得不承认失败。
　　　　　Being utterly defeated and crushed, I have no choice but to admit my loss.
（４）　今回の件で、さすがに彼の人間性を疑わざるを得ない。
　　　　　这次的事件，不得不怀疑他的人性。
　　　　　Given this incident, I can’t help but doubt his character.
（５）　世間は彼の行動に大バッシングを浴びせているが、誰しもその状況になったらそうせざるを得ないのではないだろうか。
　　　　　世间对他的行动大肆抨击，但是谁都不得不在这种情况下这样做。
　　　　　The public is heavily criticizing his actions, but wouldn’t anyone be forced to do the same in that situation?
（６）　早く終わらせたいが、この部分は危険が伴うので慎重にならざるを得ない。
　　　　　虽然想早点结束，但这部分伴随着危险，不得不慎重。
　　　　　I want to finish it quickly, but I have no choice but to be cautious as this part involves risks.
（７）　会社が倒産して仕事がなくなり、それから貯金を使って生活せざるを得なくなった。
　　　　　公司破产了，失去了工作，我不得不动用积蓄来维持生活。
　　　　　The company went bankrupt and I lost my job, so I had no choice but to use my savings to sustain my life.
（８）　緊急の医療措置が必要で、手術を受けざるを得なかった。
　　　　　由于需要紧急医疗措施，我不得不接受手术。
　　　　　Due to the need for urgent medical intervention, I had no choice but to undergo surgery.
（９）　大雪のために車が動かせず、歩いて帰宅せざるを得なかった。
　　　　　由于大雪导致汽车无法行驶，我不得不步行回家。
　　　　　Due to heavy snowfall, the car couldn’t move, so I had no choice but to walk home.
（10）　悪天候のために予定が変更せざるを得なかった。

（11）　締め切りまで時間がなく、徹夜で作業を進めざるを得なかった。
