時間を表す語に接続し、物事の開始あるいは終了を表します。
告知、通知、会議、式などの正式な場における挨拶などに用います。
「をもちまして」は「をもって」よりも硬い表現です。

（１） 本日の営業は１９時をもって終了いたします。
今天的营业到19点结束。
Today’s business will be closed as of 7 p.m.
（２） これをもちまして、会議を終わります。
就此结束会议。
With this, we will conclude the meeting.
（３） 当店は７月１日をもちまして閉店致します。今まで長い間ありがとうございました。
