　前に接続されたものに似ているようなもの、それあるいはそれ以外のものを表します。

例文

（１）　あの子たちめちゃくちゃ似てるけど、双子か何か？
　　　　　那两个孩子好像啊，是双胞胎吗？
　　　　　Those kids look incredibly alike, are they twins or something?
（２）　野菜か何かを炒めてるフライパンから火が出ていたことで起こった火事らしい。
　　　　　好像是由于炒蔬菜还是什么的炒菜锅起火引发的火灾。
　　　　　There was a fire apparently caused by a pan that was frying vegetables or something, and the fire spread from it.
（３）　時間あるからまず食べるか何かしよう。
　　　　　反正有时间要不先吃点什么或者做点什么吧。
　　　　　Since we have time, shall we eat something or do something first?
（４）　彼は漫画か何かに影響されてあのような口調になったらしい。
　　　　　他好像被漫画什么的影响了说话变成了那种腔调。
　　　　　He apparently adopted that tone of speech after being influenced by manga or something.
（５）　身体付きを見ると、格闘技か何かしてる人だと思う。
　　　　　看那个人体格好像是在练格斗技之类的。
　　　　　Judging by his physique, I think he’s someone who does martial arts or something.
