解説

　前件が発生したら、必ず後件が発生することを表す仮定の文法です。
　後件は原則悪いことで、悲劇的、絶望的なことが述べられます。
　「最後だ。」などで文が終わる場合があり、後ろは省略することもできます。

例文

（１）　行ったら最後、最低３年は帰って来れないだろう。
　　　　　如果走掉了，至少三年不能来了对吧。
　　　　　Once you go, you probably won’t be able to come back for at least three years.
（２）　それは触れたが最後、全身に激しい痛みが襲ってくるほど危険な植物だ。
　　　　　那是个一触碰以后就会全身剧痛的危险植物。
　　　　　It’s a dangerous plant that, once touched, will bring intense pain throughout the body.
（３）　彼はゲームをし出したら最後、ご飯もトイレも行かなくなるくらい没頭してしまう。
　　　　　他全身心投入玩游戏，饭也不吃厕所也不去。
　　　　　Once he starts playing games, he becomes so absorbed that he won’t even go for meals or to the bathroom.
（４）　信頼関係は失ったが最後、取り戻すのは難しい。
　　　　　一旦失去信赖关系，就很难挽回。
　　　　　Rebuilding trust, once lost, is difficult.
（５）　浮気も不倫もバレたら最後だ。
　　　　　见异思迁也好出轨也好如果败露了就完了。
　　　　　Once infidelity is exposed, it’s over.
（６）　この曲は一度聴いたら最後、忘れる事ができなくなるくらい中毒性が高い。
　　　　　这个曲子中毒性很高，一旦听过一次，就无法忘记。
　　　　　This song is so addictive that once you’ve heard it, you can’t forget it.
（７）　このアニメは見たら最後、終わりまで見ないと気が済まなくなる。
　　　　　这部动画一看就停不下来，不看完就不舒心。
　　　　　Once you start watching this anime, you can’t stop until it’s finished.
（８）　二度寝したら最後。
　　　　　一旦睡回笼觉就完了。
　　　　　Once you take a nap, it’s hard to wake up.
（９）　人生は山登りのようなもの。上に着いたが最後、たちまち下りが見える。
　　　　　盛极必衰否极泰来。
　　　　　Life is like climbing a mountain. Once you reach the top, you can immediately see the way down.
（10）　この映画は見たが最後、虚無感に苛まれる。
　　　　　看完这部电影后，最后感到一种虚无的折磨。
　　　　　After watching this movie, you may be plagued by a sense of emptiness.
（11）　道を見失ったが最後、死ぬまで彷徨うはめになるかもしれない。
　　　　　一旦迷失了方向，可能最终将陷入无尽的徘徊直到死去。
　　　　　Once you’ve lost your way, you might wander until you die.
（12）　週末帰宅して鍵をかけたが最後、仕事に出かける日まで部屋を出ない。
　　　　　周末回家锁上门后，直到再次外出工作的那一天都不再出房门。
　　　　　After locking the door and returning home for the weekend, you might not leave the room until it’s time to go to work.
（13）　見つかったら最後。奈良の鹿は鹿せんべいの匂いを嗅ぎ分け行く手を阻んできます。
　　　　　一旦被发现，就是最后的时刻。奈良的鹿能嗅到鹿饼干的味道，阻止前行并阻拦你的去路。
　　　　　Once they find you, it’s over. Nara’s deer can detect the smell of deer crackers and will block your path.
（14）　ちょっと一息つこうと思って横になったら最後、爆睡して気づいたら翌日だった。
　　　　　只是想稍作休息躺下来，结果最后却熟睡过去，醒来时已是第二天。
　　　　　When you lie down thinking you’ll take a short break, you might end up sleeping deeply and wake up the next day.
（15）　生まれたら最後。必ず誰かに迷惑がかかる。
　　　　　一旦出生，就是最后的时刻。一定会给别人带来麻烦。
　　　　　Once you’re born, you’re bound to inconvenience someone.
（16）　ケツが痛すぎてトイレに深く腰掛けたら最後、立ち上がることができない。
　　　　　屁股疼得太厉害，一旦坐在马桶上深深蹲下去，最后就再也站不起来了。
　　　　　If your butt hurts too much and you sit deeply on the toilet, you might not be able to stand up.
