　限定を表す文型です。
　人物や地域を表す名詞に接続し、「～だけだ」「～以外にない」という意味を表します。

（１）　この仕事は彼をおいて他に任せられる人がいない。　▶
　　　　　除了他之外，没有其他人可以被委托这项工作。
　　　　　There is no one else but him who can be entrusted with this job.
（２）　その分野を学びたいなら、この大学をおいて他にはない。　▶
　　　　　如果你想学习那个领域，除了这所大学之外别无选择。

備考

　「何をおいても」（无论什么情况）は慣用表現。
