解説

　２つの用法があります。

　①仮定条件
　もし前項が無ければ、後項は成り立たないことを表します。
　後件は多くの場合否定形を伴います。

　②付帯状況
　前件の動作がない状態で、後件を行うことを表します。

　「言うことなし（无可非议）」はこの文法と関係のない慣用句です。
（例）この映画は言うことなしだ。素晴らしい作品だった。
　　　这部电影无需多言，是一部出色的作品。
　　　This movie is beyond words. It was a fantastic piece of work.

例文

（１）　この世界は、傷つくことなしに生きることは不可能だ。　▶
　　　　　这个世界，不受伤就无法生存。
　　　　　In this world, it’s impossible to live without getting hurt.
（２）　他人に迷惑をかけることなしには、生きてはいけない。　▶
　　　　　如果不给别人添麻烦，就不能生存下去。
　　　　　You can’t live without causing trouble to others.
（３）　挫折を経験することなしに成果は出せない。　▶
　　　　　没有经历挫折就没有成果。
　　　　　Achievements cannot be obtained without experiencing setbacks.
（４）　人は何かを失うことなしに何かを得ることはできない。　▶
　　　　　人没有什么失去的话就什么也得不到。
　　　　　People cannot gain something without losing something.
（５）　いつも深く考えることなしに行動を起こしてしまう。　▶
　　　　　总是不经过深思熟虑就行动起来。
　　　　　Taking action without deep thinking is a common occurrence.
（６）　数学とか物理は学生時代頑張ることなしに諦めた。　▶
　　　　　数学和物理这两科在学生时代没有努力的话就放弃了。
　　　　　I gave up on subjects like math and physics without putting in much effort during my student days.
（７）　結婚の理想は互いに相手を束縛することなしに、しかも緊密に結びついていることだ。　▶
　　　　　结婚的理想是互相不束缚对方，而且紧密结合在一起。
　　　　　The ideal of marriage is to be closely connected without restricting each other.
（８）　成功とは、情熱を失うことなしに失敗を繰り返すことで出来上がっているものだ。　▶
　　　　　所谓成功，就是不失去热情，反复失败而实现的。
　　　　　Success is built on repeating failures without losing passion.
