解説

　様々な観点から物事見た結果、複数の評価や捉え方が存在するため、それらをひとまとめにすることはできないことを表します。
　「～とは一概に言えない／言い切れない」「一概に～とは言えない／言い切れない」の形が頻出する文型です。
　後件には必ず否定表現が伴います。

例文

（１）　Ａ案とＢ案に対する賛否が分かれていて、どっちが良いかは一概には決められない。
　　　　　对A方案和B方案的赞成和反对都有，不能一概而论哪个好。
　　　　　There is divided opinion on option A and option B, and it’s not possible to determine definitively which one is better.
（２）　今自分が何をしたいのか一概には答えられない。
　　　　　不能一概而论自己现在想做什么。
　　　　　I can’t give a definite answer about what I want right now.
（３）　諦めない方がいい事もあるが、諦めた方がいい事もある。一概にどうとは言えない。
　　　　　虽然不放弃有比较好的事情，但也有放弃比较好的事情。不能一概而论。
　　　　　While it’s true that sometimes it’s better not to give up, there are also situations where it’s better to let go. It can’t be generalized in a simple way.
（４）　多くの証言があることから、幽霊の存在も一概に否定はできないだろう。
　　　　　因为有很多证言，所以不能一概否定幽灵的存在。
　　　　　With many testimonies available, it’s hard to outright deny the existence of ghosts.
（５）　人それぞれ考え方が違うので、普通か普通ではないかは一概に断言できるものではない。
　　　　　因为每个人的想法不同，不能一概而论是普通还是不普通。
　　　　　People have different perspectives, so it’s not possible to definitively assert what is normal or not.
（６）　この２つの病気は初期症状が非常に似ているので、一概に判断することが難しい。
　　　　　这两种病初期症状非常相似，很难一概而论。
　　　　　These two diseases have very similar initial symptoms, making it difficult to make a definitive judgment.
（７）　どちらが正しいとは一概に言えない。
　　　　　不能一概而论哪个正确。
　　　　　It’s not possible to definitively say which one is correct.
（８）　この消毒液は人体には無害と書いてあったけど、アルコールが使われている以上一概にそうとは言えないはずだ。
　　　　　这个消毒液虽然写着对人体无害，但既然使用了酒精就不能一概而论了。
　　　　　The label on this disinfectant claims it is harmless to the human body, but since it contains alcohol, it cannot be simply assumed to be true.
