意味

　一方面…，另一方面…
　…的同时…
　与…相反

解説

　２つの意味があります。
　１つは対比関係。前と後ろでは異なる主語を用いて、その性質についての対比を述べます。
　もう１つは並列関係。前と後ろは同じ主語で、それについての異なる性質が同時に存在していることを表します。
　「一方（で）」は接続詞としても使うことができます。

例文

（１）　人口減少が加速する一方で、東京への人口と富の一極集中が進んでいます。　▶
　　　　　在人口减少加速的同时，人口和财富流向东京并集中发展。
　　　　　While the population decline is accelerating, there is a growing concentration of population and wealth in Tokyo.
（２）　断られると残念な一方でちょっと嬉しかったりもする。　▶
　　　　　被拒绝了，一方面有些遗憾，一方面又有点开心。
　　　　　When rejected, on one hand, it’s disappointing, but on the other hand, it can be a little bit pleasing too.
（３）　喜びの声が上がる一方で嘆きの声もあった。　▶
　　　　　喜悦的声音中也夹杂着叹息。
　　　　　As voices of joy rise, there are also voices of lamentation.
（４）　大学院生である一方で、実業家でもある。　▶
　　　　　一方面是研究生，另一方面也是实业家。
　　　　　He is a graduate student and at the same time, an entrepreneur.
（５）　富裕層はますますお金持ちになる一方、貧困者は増え続けている。　▶
　　　　　富裕阶层越来越富裕的同时，贫困者也在持续增加。
　　　　　While the affluent are becoming even wealthier, the number of impoverished people continues to increase.
（６）　田舎に住みたい人もいる一方で、大きな都市に住みたい人もいる。　▶
　　　　　有想住在农村的人，也有想在城市生活的人。
　　　　　Some people want to live in the countryside, while others prefer living in large cities.
（７）　田舎に住みたい人もいるが、一方で大きな都市に住みたい人もいる。　▶
　　　　　有想住在农村的人，但也有想在城市生活的人。
