解説

　前件を否定して、前件よりも高い程度や多い数量を求めることを表します。後件では欲求、願望、勧誘、提案などが来ます。

例文

（１）　今年のゴールデンウイークは１０連休らしいが、１０日と言わず１ヶ月くらい休みたい。　▶
　　　　　今年的黄金周好像是连休10天，但不要说是10天，我想休息一个月左右。
　　　　　They say this year’s Golden Week will be a 10-day consecutive holiday, but I want to take about a month off, not just 10 days.
（２）　明日といわず、今すぐ一緒に行こうよ。　▶
　　　　　不要说明天，现在马上一起去吧。
　　　　　Let’s go together right now, not tomorrow.
（３）　沖縄といわず、せっかく旅行するなら海外に行きたい。　▶
