　外見やその様子から一目で間違いなくそうであると判断できることを表します。
　後件には「～そうだ」が呼応しやすいです。

　　　　　That guy looks sketchy just by looking at him.
（２）　見るからにして頭悪そうなやつが向こうから歩いて来てる。
