　動ます形に接続して、躊躇している様子を表します。

例文

（１）　銀行が大規模な不良債権を抱え融資に慎重となり、中小企業に対して貸し渋っている。
　　　　　银行因背有大规模不良债权对企业融资的事情非常谨慎，这让中小企业的贷款十分艰难。
　　　　　Due to the bank’s large-scale bad loans, they have become cautious in lending and are being reluctant to provide loans to small and medium-sized enterprises.
（２）　たった数千円くらい、出し渋らないでよ。
　　　　　只是几千日元而已，交出来不难吧。
　　　　　It’s just a few thousand yen, don’t be stingy.
（３）　値段が高かろうと重要なプレゼントは買い渋るべきではない。
