　前件の条件に合わせて何かをすることを表す文型です。
　動詞「応じる」は元々相手の行動に対応してこちらが行動を起こすことを表します。例文（９）（10）

（１）　買い物金額に応じてポイントが溜まり、次回以降１ポイント１円として使用できます。
