　その物事に対してよく精通していてこだわりがあり、細部まで気にしていることを表します。
　元々「うるさい」は聞こえてくる声や音が不快で煩わしく感じることを表すので、この文法でもしばしばその物事に精通している人に対する否定的な評価が含まれます。

（１）　彼女はファッションにうるさい。　▶
